We want to ensure that payments are made only after administrative assessment of each client’s specific needs. If you need a visa before coming we will take that into account in finalising your offer.

We issue full refund in the unlikely event that you cannot make the tour. There are different alternatives however to keep your offer for the future, e.g. postponement. It is always better to think about cancelling your offer before doing so as we issue some of the cheapest in the industry.
Yes, and it will always remain free. No payment detials such as credit card information is required. Just your name and email. You Safari account will be valid for 90 days until expiration.
Toward the end of 90 days you will receive a reminder to keep pick an offer in order to keep it active.
Once you have chosen an offer, the correct amount will be updated through your free Safari Account. The update will be sent to you via email as well.
To complete your offer payment, please login to your free Safari Account and click the “billing” link under “Account” from the top menu.
Upon payment you will receive an invoice. If you rather want an invoice made to specific company or entity, you can always write us and we will be happy to issue you a custom invoice of your specification for free as PDF via email.
However, the payment shall be done from your account portal, before requesting for custom invoice rather than the automated one.
